Gnocchi with Pancetta and Tomato Sauce
So, I found the number one tastiest pasta sauce recipe ever. As in, you want to become my best friend so you can eat this pasta sauce.
Well, maybe it's not that good - but I thought it was. :) Most of my sisters loved it, which is always a bonus, as they're the pickiest eaters on planet earth. I found the recipe on Food Network, but substituted potato gnocchi for the linguine, as Tesco didn't have any of the latter. It was good, though the potato taste added an interesting dimension - I'll try it with standard pasta next time and see how it goes.
