Winter Blues

I am currently without heat and hot water, two of the widely accepted essentials of life itself. No, this is not a self-inflicted ascetic ritual to recreate what life would be like in the bowels of Antarctica. Rather, this is a prime example of Appliance Repairs and Customer Service in the ever-so-lovely United Kingdom. (No offense you guys.)
